About Your Coach

 

Hi! I'm April. 

I’m a certified executive coach and former Vice President of Human Resources with over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR. For the first decade of my career, I felt stuck—believing my work would speak for itself. It didn’t. I even earned a master’s degree, hoping it would help me break into executive leadership, but I realized the key wasn’t just working harder; it was developing the right skills to think, lead, and communicate at an executive level. Once I did, I earned four promotions in five years and reached executive leadership.

In my role at a Fortune 500 company, I oversaw hundreds of executive promotions and saw the patterns of what it takes to succeed at the highest levels. Using that experience, I’ve built a comprehensive framework that teaches women the executive mindset, strategic communication, and leadership skills needed to fast-track their path to executive roles—without the guesswork.
