What People Are Saying:

As HR Director at a large and complex manufacturing company, Keli needed to expand her strategic influence beyond her immediate team. While she excelled at her role, she wanted to master articulating her value and building key relationships across the organization. Our coaching focused on practical tools: stakeholder mapping to identify influence opportunities, communication frameworks to sharpen her message, and specific techniques to position her team's achievements. We developed strategies to elevate her visibility in executive meetings and strengthen her personal brand through deliberate relationship building. Through this focused work, Keli advanced from Director to Senior Director of HR and is now positioned for a Vice President role.

Keli Taylor, Sr. Director, Human Resources

April's coaching transformed how I show up as a leader and communicate my value. She helped me develop the strategic mindset and executive presence needed to navigate complex workplace dynamics. Through our work together on confidence-building and leadership development, I gained clarity on my professional trajectory and learned to advocate for myself effectively. These crucial skills led me to successfully secure a Director of Strategy role that perfectly aligned with my career goals!

Veronica Dasher, Director, Strategy

April helped me see my professional value clearly and strategically. Through our work together, I went from questioning my next move to confidently interviewing for multiple roles internally and landing a position in HR transformation leadership role. April, Thank you for helping build my confidence and walking through the last several months with me. I'm excited for whatever my next chapter is!

Brandi Vaccarelli, HR Transformational Leader

After three unsuccessful attempts at securing a director-level position at American Express, Ashley, a Senior Manager of Product with 10 years of tenure, sought coaching to understand why she consistently made it to final rounds only to be slightly edged out by other candidates. While she was already leading a team, her goal was to expand her leadership scope and find greater growth opportunities. Our coaching revealed she was underselling her extensive experience and struggling with concise communication during interviews. Through targeted agility exercises and strategic storytelling techniques, we transformed her narrative to highlight her leadership impact. We also implemented a unique approach of treating her internal interviews as external opportunities, thoroughly researching connection points with interviewers given the organization's size. Within weeks of our work together, Ashley successfully secured her desired Director of Product role, breaking through the barrier that had previously held her back.

Ashley B, Director of Product Marketing

April is incredible and it was such a joy to work with her! She was instrumental in helping me gain clarity as I navigated key projects and worked towards achieving measurable milestones. Her actionable strategies, thoughtful guidance, and ability to simplify challenges made a significant impact. Thanks to our time together, I gained clarity, and the confidence to execute effectively. I highly recommend April!
